GENERAL
A redundant 3 source ATS system consists of 2 ATS’s, the first ATS being a normal standardĀ automatic transfer switch that triggers the second ATS using the ATS-34 control. This second ATS control selects which backup generator is the first to run and in the case of a fail start or a breakdown restores power by switching to a second generator.
