The D550 stands out as a digital automatic voltage regulator (AVR) engineered to handle alternators with a rated field current of up to 8 A even at high temperatures of 55Ā°C. Its versatile regulation modes cater to various power generation setups, including grid-connected systems. Furthermore, it boasts a user-friendly visual interface facilitated by the EasyReg Advanced software, enabling effortless access to configuration values and parameters. Additionally, users can configure it directly via USB without the need for an external power source. Equipped with multiple safeguards and functionalities, the D550 ensures the continuous safe operation of the alternator, with specific settings tailored to comply with public network connection regulations (grid code). For seamless communication, it features a CANJ1939 compatible communication port.
