Description

GENERAL

The DVR2000EC+ has a lot of similarity compared to the E+ version however the EC+ enables you to have VAR (Reactive power regulation) and PF (Power factor regulation) for paralleling with the utility power. This AVR also comes with a special feature called ā€œGenerator Startup Faultā€ alarm which alerts when thereā€™s an initial startup error. The voltage regulator is completely ā€œdigitalā€ and all programming is done via a computer. This regulator is also the recommended replacement for the obsolete DVR2000EC

  • Mainly used on SDMO, Kohler, MTU ONSITE Energy, Tradewinds, Hipower/HimoinsaĀ Ā diesel generator sets

Stamford went ahead and added a current limit feature which helps the engine recover from starting large compressors and motors.
