Description
GENERAL
The aim of this Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) is to manage alternators with a field current not exceeding 5 A during continuous operation and up to 10 A in case of a short circuit, lasting a maximum of 10 seconds. Its design is tailored for installation in a generator terminal box or a control cabinet. Adherence to local safety standards, particularly those governing electrical installations with voltages up to 300 Vac phase-to-neutral, is mandatory. Like its counterparts, the D350 AVR is an electronic printed circuit board, shielded with polyurethane resin as depicted in the accompanying figure
