Description
GENERAL
The DSR/A digital automatic voltage regulator is responsible for maintainingĀ and regulating AC voltage on generators. The AVR contains Amp, Hz, Stability and Voltage pots for regulator adjustments. For safety this regulator has excitation overcurrent, underspeed and overspeed protections. The DSR/A is set with factory settings and it needs adjusting in order to meet your diesel generator specification.
This is not the same as the standard Mecc Alte DSR

DI-Visual display Indicator:Ā is an external display module which can display current DSR/A status and report any issues with the regulator without having the need to open the alternator terminal box and access the regulator
