GENERAL

The ALT423KP001 PMG will provide the extra current boost needed to start up industrial equipment that draws large amounts of current during initial startup. It will supply the automatic voltage regulator power so the generator can conserve power to produce the short circuit current.

KIT BREAK-DOWN:

 

PMG Kit will include:
(A) Housing
(B)Ā Dummy shaft extension
(C)Ā  PMG rotor
(D) PMG stator
(E) Cover Plate
(F) Spacer Housing (Available only with the PMG 8 kit)
PMG does not include voltage regulator, Please see Leroy Somer R438 AVR

APPLICATIONS

  • Can be used on Leroy Somer LSA 42.3 frame
  • Mainly used on SDMO, Kohler, Waukesha, Olympian, FG Wilson & Caterpillar generator sets
